The book "Call of Sedona" is the inspiration for this collaborative healing group. The healing circle members will enjoy energy yoga, relaxation, mindful breathing and meditation. Life Particles as described in the book are the healing energy source. Members will be givers and receivers of group healing energy. The purpose is to develop a healthier mind and body, to experience a brighter spirit and to have fun!

Interested in learning more about having a naturally healthy pregnancy, birth, or breastfeeding experience? We will have various meetups some with specific topics and others just for sharing and community for moms to be and new moms who want to learn more about natural pregnancy and birth options.

Join us on the 4th Saturday of each month for the Sacred Heartbeat Drum Circle. This event is open to everyone not just drummers. No drumming experience is necessary. We will be doing some freestyle drumming inside in the Sanctuary with plenty of seating so no need to bring a chair.
